I think this is the last time I will go here. I go because everything is supposedly sterile (comes out of plastic in front of you and they line the foot bins with a plastic bag) and they’re around the corner (slipping out with a 5mo old and a 2yr old has to be quick and last minute for me), but there are only two people who are worth seeing here (Linda and Kelly - amazing; and the woman at the front desk is always so nice). The others are mediocre if not poor. Pedicures are so fast and unless you buy an upgraded pedicure there’s no semblance of scrubbing your feet. And the tip etiquette is just embarrassing. Tonight I had Jessie, who tried so hard to rush me out - had to ask for time to soak my feet, ask for scrubbing on my feet, and generally was just not impressed with the pedicure or m

I got a $65 gift card for my birthday. I went in to get a filling, pedicure and my eyebrows done. At the end of it I didn't do my eyebrows my nails on my hand and feet were smudged and I was not happy with the paint job. My bill was 170 which included a $20 tip and she didn't seem too pleased about it. I feel like when they first opened up they were a lot better but they just got comfortable and fell off.

Customer beware: while the service is generally fine, the employees will frequently look for ways to charge you extra. I've had to almost argue with them to just get a basic pedicure rather than one with extras. I recently went and was hit with an extra $15 fee for massage time I didn't ask for or even consent to. The manager apologized, but this happens way too often for them to be unaware of what the employees are doing. I'd avoided them for a while because of this issue, and should have stuck to it.

Dont go! The last few years their service and nail skills have gone down, while their prices went up. On more than one occasion the manicurist has had attitude ("is this it", eyes rolling) on a 15% tip for a mediocre job. The last time there my daughter got a powder manicure, it was obviously their first time, they did a terrible job and then charged us 100 dollars.

First time there it was convenient because my wax place is upstairs but came for a pedicure with my bf and the gel paint job i received resembles the work of a 4yr old . I was highly upset due to prices and the work didnt match what the services said. I told 2 people 3xs about the service for my bf instead they did they own thing n have him a different pedicure service and we still had to pay . Place isn't all that clean and its really not worth it.
