I give this place not even 1 star!!!!!! I paid half of a membership last year. And I have not come to this place over 1yr. And when I called to make my appointment today. I confirmed that I had no balance to do the treatment microneedling. And I was told I have no balance. In the package You have to major treatments & unlimted mini facials til November of this year is what they told me on the phone. When I go to the front desk to check out. They want to charge me $100. Of course I did not pay. And they refuse to continue giving me service. So I pretty much $ gave away $500 for one treatment that was suppose to be in the package deal. SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! YOU WILL GET BILLED FOR WHATEVER THEY WANT TO MAKE UP!!!

Doctor Jorge Gaviria, who injects Botox and fillers, disfigured my face (Botox as treatment for TMJ) and laughed at the negative cosmetic outcome during follow up. He then brushed it off as a “temporary” thing. I’ve had a very noticeably deformed face for several months and not even an apology or a refund was offered. Not only incompetent but also unprofessional. Update: Any treatments performed after the poor Botox experience were part of a series of facials from a package purchased out of my own pocket, which were unsuccessful at fixing the issue caused by the injections. They were done as per the very convenient recommendation of the doctor and staff and did not solve the issue. I was informed the facials would help “fix the problem” and I would see the results in a couple of weeks tim

Please please DO NOT go do fillers that this place . The peraon is not a cosmetologist he is a hair transplant md . He basically distorted my face I went in to ask and they told me I needed more fillers so 2 syringes later my face is still distorted . I went back and the doctor basically screamed at me and said I had nothing better to do but complain. Then the owner Jasmine came out and said nothing is wrong I am beautiful and everts came out beautiful but I need 2 more syringes of fillers!!!! I could not believe what I was hearing so I just took my losses and left. I will wait until hopefully the fillers wear out and go somewhere else thats more professional .

Have been here for a variety of services. From facials to massages. They do it all and I've had an amazing experience every time. Their customer service is unmatched, I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. They are friendly but professional and their office is clean. So glad I found this place!
