Vi was amazing, genuinely one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Left with my feet extra soft such a great little salon!

Amy and Michelle are great. Unfortunately, not every tech there knows what they're doing. Amy takes her time to meticulously give good service. Michelle professionally took care of a poor job that a previous tech did, and she was so cheerful and warm while fixing the error. She ended up doing these beautiful nails that stood the test of time. So I guess I'll call to pre-book "nail tech of choice" before driving over there

I used to come to this nail salon regularly, but I noticed that once they realized I had a nice house, they started upping their prices on me. Each time I went in, the cost would get a little higher until it became unreasonable and I stopped going. Recently, I needed to have my nails removed, so I decided to give them another shot just for that service. They quoted me $10 at first. But then I saw them do the same thing to another customer, raising her price from $10 to $12 right in front of me. When it came time to pay, they suddenly bumped my price up to $12 as well and asked for a tip. This kind of inconsistent pricing feels really dishonest. It’s not just frustrating; it’s unfair to the customers. I definitely think this is something that shouldn’t be happening and I won’t be returning.

Nail Technician had a very simple full set that was suppose to be round shape basic acrylic full set no Polish just clear and the shaping and acrylic application was poorly done as you look at the photos you see the acrylic is overlapping on my skin and dips and dents in the laid acrylic. I was so irritated by this point that I was ready to leave. I decided to tip as a courtesy and wasn’t even offered hand cream or lotion. I will not go back to this nail salon and if you are Traveling in the Houston/Richmond area I do not recommend this business.

I went in as a drop in, selected a Regal Treatment package and my tired feet and calves were extremely grateful. Such a very thorough and pleasant experience. I will be returning. I think my magic maker is called Hana, but I didn’t get a chance to confirm that. 😊
