Davis Nails

First timer. Very disappointed. Went in and a gentleman did my feet. Never have him do your feet. He never asked me about different pedicures that they offered or anything. I told him this was my first time. Did not cut the skin around my feet and the fastest pedicure ever. Worst experience ever. I did say something while and before I paid. He said ooh I didn’t know you wanted that. I said it while getting it done. The manager did say I could come back to and they would do it better but I called a few weeks later they were so rude on the phone I’m done. Need customer service skills and treat customers kind. Worst ever.

I come here all the time. I have family members that come here as well. I was appalled at the service provided. I called the salon Sunday afternoon for a noon appt with Brian. Davis accidentally put me down for himself instead of who I asked for. I knew that he does good work from previous visits, so I didn’t complain too much. I said it was fine. As I was about to sit in his chair, he tells me to sit somewhere else in the waiting area and then leaves the salon. He didn’t try to make it right, clarify or anything. He came back after another one of the nail techs (who I did not ask for) started working on my nails. How does one accidentally put a client down for themselves and STILL NOT SERVICE THE CLIENT ?!? I've used Davis nails for about a year, I went on the recommendation of one of my coworkers and used her nail technician. I used to get a gel mani and a regular polish pedi and of course would come back for the polish removal and all that. It was a little pricey, between $90-$100 per visit not including tip, but I was fine paying the price so long as I was happy with the services. Just before COVID I stopped getting gel manis because I don't like what the gel does to my natural nail. After the restriction was raised, the first thing I did was go get my mani pedi. My nail technician was happy to see me. She asked if I wanted gel and I declined and asked for regular polish. I asked the nail tech not to use the buffer on my nails because it hurts and my nails are sensitive. HE DID IT ANYWAY! The tech said he had to use it because it was faster! NOT SAFER! I'M DONE WITH THIS SALON! Never going back

This is the best nail shop I have ever been to. I fly from another state to get my nails done by Mr. Davis 2 times a month. From the first time I walked into the door I have felt the amazing warmth and friendliness from Mr. Davis and his shop family.
