They really don’t know how to do nails. Honestly, this salon would be better as a home-based business than an actual shop. I’ve seen home studios with way more talent and skill than this place. It feels like the previous owners trained them a little and then just handed them the store. They’re focused on money, not the art of nails. If you’re looking for anything detailed, creative, or high-quality, this is not the place. This salon is only good for a simple, quick manicure or pedicure . Nothing more. In my opinion, they’re not qualified for anything advanced. I don’t see this business lasting more than a few years unless it’s carried by loyal customers or people from their own community who support them.

I haven't been to this place in years and the place I usually go to was closed today so I decided to give them a try. One they're rude. A young lady and a child came in behind me and they assumed we came together. They were asking me if the young lady doesn't speak because they couldn't understand what she was saying. Totally ignorant. Everything went well with my gel manicure. It wasn't until it was time to do my gel pedicure that I realized how outdated and unsanitary this place was. First the tub and privacy screen were dirty. I asked them to clean it and they refused. I was told that whatever was in the tub was from the paint...there was no paint anywhere on that tub and they didn't even use a liner when filling it up. I've been coming here for years, and they've always been clean and professional. I love thats its a mom and pop place, the mom is cute and will sometimes give out free lotion. I feel like the only time they are rude lol is when you don't tip (or tip right). But I always tip sooo.

It’s a family owned business and they are all lovely. Helen and Maria have done amazing jobs on my nails (gel manicures). I’m very glad I discovered this place.

The women are so nice and caring. Very comfortable environment and reasonable pricing . I live 25 minutes away and only go to dawn nail for anything I need.
