Dazzle Nails

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. They always listen to what you are wanting and willing to make sure your happy before walking out the door.

Came in for a gel manicure, the older gentleman in the salon did my service. Nails turned out awful, peeling at the base, bubbles on some, piling of the polish on the bottom of one nail. He attempted to fix the issue and it was worse than first time. He was very rough and several of my fingers were bleeding. He also filed the entire edge of my nail off! 😒

If I could I would give them a negative star. The customer service is good, but some of them that work there need to do better. I will go back an tell them about my nails an review.

I’ve never had a pedicure like I had today absolutely amazing not outrageous on price at all. He took his time and the massages were amazing I loved my experience. Of course if you have rough feet you’re going to have a little discomfort to get anything out so I’m not complaining. His name is Charlie and I loved him lol

I know many people who has decided to stop patronizing nail salons simply because of their service. After several times of telling this man he was too rough, he never eased up. He told me I was too sensitive and this is how he works. He went on to say that I wasn’t bleeding and had no knicks & no reason to complain. He also said I should not come back. I never got loud or irate. His service was deplorable and I will never step foot in this nail salon again. He claimed his name was Charlie.
