CK is an incredibly skilled and patient hairstylist. He really takes his time to understand what you want and makes sure every detail of the cut is perfect. I never feel rushed—he’s always attentive and focused on getting the right look for me. He’s also very flexible with scheduling, which makes booking with him so convenient. Every appointment I’ve had with him has been a great experience. Highly recommend!

Q is the absolut best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to him for 4 years now. Before I would always have a brass tone and wasn’t able to get the nice ash tone I wanted. He worked his magic and I keep a very nice ashy tone now. He also straightens my curly hair in less than an hour. Never happened before!

Guys this is seriously the best place to get your hair done. ESPECIALLY just a wash a blow dry, I have never gotten my hair washed so so good by Shelly, there’s so many places that don’t do that. She took her time and really made me feel comfortable with her head massage techniques. LAN is amazing. I cannot express enough how talented and experienced he is in haircut and color. I got my haircut at Decode in mid-December and debated leaving this review. But it’s been months of being unhappy with how my hair turned out. My haircut directives are fairly simple as of the last few years: trim and layers around face. It’s boring but works for my low maintenance habits. There are few creative liberties one can and should take with that so I am usually within range of what to expect. It was my second time getting my cut with Lam (you can see my hair after my first cut with him and after my second cut, both unstyled) and I found him very meticulous as everyone says in their reviews, which is why I came back.
