Linda was amazing and provided a lovely experience. I wanted some last minute lashes before the Thanksgiving holiday and they were able to book me short notice. Even with some small slip ups with washing my face, the lashes stayed in tact and flawless weeks later.

I do not recommend Deka Lash Arlington. I was told over the phone that I would be charged the new customer price, yet after my appointment I was charged $169, which was higher than the advertised pricing. What made this even more frustrating is that both of my sisters had services done and paid less than I did. one received a full set and paid less, and the other received a hybrid set and still paid less than me. This makes the pricing completely inconsistent and misleading. When I contacted the business, they texted an apology and confirmed I was charged an extra $20, but still did not issue a refund or price adjustment. The lash service itself was unacceptable. I am leaving a three-star review because my technician was friendly during my appt. However, I am very unhappy with how my lashes turned out. I expressed my concerns, but at checkout I was told there was nothing that could be done other than adjusting them at a future appointment. In the future, I hope that clients concerns are properly addressed/an immediate solution can be given especially paying almost $200 for a set.
