Instead, I was in the chair for approximately three hours and thirty minutes, which is far beyond the expected timeframe. What makes this even more frustrating is that despite spending all that time, my lashes look nothing like the reference photos I clearly showed and explained beforehand. I made it very clear how I wanted my lashes to look, and I specifically booked a hybrid set, yet the final result does not resemble a hybrid set at all. I went in to have my lashes done and made it very clear what I wanted I even showed the technician two photographs of the exact style I expected. Instead of listening, she gave me something completely different. When I complained, she casually offered to remove some lashes, but by then glue was already on my natural lashes. I refused because I didn’t want my real lashes ripped out. No explanation of the procedure was ever given to me, and I was left feeling uneasy and unassured about the damage that could be caused. After repeatedly emailing them, I finally received a call but not until days later, after I had already left town.
