If you’re thinking about getting a brow and/ or lash lift, go see TAYLOR at DekaLash. I came a week ago to get my brow lamination and she let me know my hairs were shorter than she would recommend to get them. She allowed me to reschedule to today and the results were amazing! I also got my lashes done with a tint. Seriously couldn’t be happier. I completely trusted Taylor as I could tell she cared about the results of her work.

I got the Mini Radiant facial with the derma pore, WOW, what a difference in my face. It was glowing and dewy, absolutely loved it and it was quick and I felt so hydrated. Love it would get it again!

I was a loyal member since 2017, but when my tech left and I had to use others, I learned that this was such a joke! Within a week of greeting a fill, I had lost more than half of my lashes. Getting in touch with the studio is near impossible, you always get a call center that doesn’t know answers. Canceling is like a trap, they manage to get $$ for nothing. They advertise refer a friend and you’ll get $10, referred multiple friends and got $0. If you’re in to bring ripped off, walk through their doors! The photos I attached are lashes spontaneously falling out within a week of my final fill. I have one service on my account because they don’t care about customer satisfaction, just money. Yes I kept them dry, yes I used their lash products, and yes I slept on my back. So disappointed in h
