Deka Lash

I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I received a lash lift and tint on November 23rd. By December 10th, the lift had almost completely fallen out, although the tint remained. This was disappointing, especially since this service was about $50 more than my usual provider—I tried this location because it was closer. I returned in January and explained the issue to the technician. She mentioned they may have had a bad batch of lift solution and asked me to come back in four weeks. I did not fault the studio for the initial failure or even the need to reschedule—things happen, and I was understanding of that. I had a great experience with my Lash lift and tint. I randomly had a coughing fit toward the start (when I needed to be still and keep my eyes closed) and Clarissa handled it so professionally. She got me water and a mint and kept telling me it was fine. She was patient and relaxed. On top of that, she did a wonderful job! This was my second time getting this done and my first time having it done at Dekalash and I will definitely be going back. It was a nice, relaxing, and comfortable environment. Chaney at Deka Lash is amazing. She handles my brows (shaping/tinting) and does my lashes too. She is friendly, professional, and everything always comes out flawless. If you have a teen daughter she works great with kids. She makes them comfortable and is gentle. My daughter loved her eye brows when she was done with them. Thanks Chaney! See you in 2 weeks. ;)
