Delamar Greenwich Harbor Spa

A truly perfect start to the day. My facial treatment at Delamar Greenwich Harbor was simply wonderfully relaxing. Stephanie, my therapist, is absolutely fantastic. With her warm personality, extensive knowledge and great intuition for the skin, you immediately feel completely at ease in her care. The treatment was pleasant, professional and incredibly soothing at the same time. I also received valuable tips for my daily skincare routine. My skin felt fresh and beautifully nourished afterwards. After the treatment, I enjoyed the stunning view from the Delamar Hotel terrace right by the water. Sunshine, tranquility and this special atmosphere made it pure relaxation. I will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this experience.

The spa staff were some of the rudest I have encountered at any hotel. There was no professionalism, warmth, or respect shown at any point during my visit. Interactions felt rushed, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant. I came in expecting a relaxing experience and instead left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The staff’s attitude made it clear that guest experience is not a priority here. For a hotel spa charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for relaxation or basic courtesy.

Really enjoyable spa experience. AJ was fantastic. My face was so soft after my session with her. Will definitely be back. Spa was very pleasant and relaxing. Very nice treatment tables that are heated and adjustable (to lift your back or knees) which makes for a very comfortable session. Very easy to get to from the hotel.

My daughter had a terrible experience here. I was staying at the hotel for a business conference, and brought her along with me. To kill time, I made her an appointmnet for a facial. She left that appt in tears. The esthetician was rude; told her that she had the skin of a 50 year old (she is 29) and haughtily asked her if she ever had a facial in her life. My daughter's skin did look good after, but she was sad that she was so disrespected! And for this I paid around $400! Never agin!

I went to the spa for my 30th birthday thinking it was going to be enjoyable experience. However, it was not. The staff at the front desk were very friendly but not my masseur, Christian. Off the bat, his demeanor was off. He had really bad beside manners, and at times he was extremely rude through out the massage. At times, he was very aggressive which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If you go get a massage, I highly recommend that you ask for anyone else besides Christian.
