Deluxe Eyebrow

First time I went here I got an amazing eyebrow thread. Went back recently and I can’t remember the last time I had such a bad experience. This time I had a younger woman than the first time. I asked her to make my brows a little thinner like I do every time (bc they’re extra thick) and she told me no they were too short??! I was confused so I just said ok, maybe she wasn’t comfortable shaping them thinner. Then I get home and it’s not even properly cleaned up on one side! Had to fix it myself with an eyebrow shaver. Great price if you don’t mind the hit and miss service but I won’t be going back.

Avoid this place, very disrespectful employees with no manners. When I came to do eyebrows I did not give tips and they made a dirty face at me. Also, always complaining about people using the restroom and making a mess. I came to use the restroom and it was already dirty when I went and this Pakistani lady started blaming me that I dirty the restrooms like I am not the only one who uses the restroom. They are also always on their phone instead of working. Also, she blamed me for leaving a pad which is not true at all. If you do not want to ruin your mood do not go here until this Pakistani lady leaves this place they will accuse you of things you did not do. I would like to give 0 stars if I could. I walked in and said hello and she didn't even respond, she was very cold. She was very upset. I told her the wax was very hot and she told me it was fine. She didn't spread the wax on my leg instead she let the wax drip on me. Even when I told her that the wax was hot she put the paper down and was very harsh ripping g it off. I now have a burn mark on my thigh. She was the youngest one there wouldn't recommend going there, it wasn't the first time I had a bad experience here

I love treading my eyebrow there. I’ll always leave the salon feeling beautiful. She also makes a facial massage that makes you feel very fresh and relaxed. Totally recommend.

It’s been a long time since I’ve walked out of an eyebrow threading place 100% happy. They were beautifully done. Very symmetrical. I had very fast and great service. Highly recommend. Will be coming back
