Deluxe Nail Spa

I have had my nails done 3 times here. My first experience was mediocre, I received a full set and a pedicure, but the next week my toenail broke in half and partially fell off. The second time I went in for a fill in and just a toenail polish change. The second time, they were awesome and I loved them. Last week I went in for a fill and the guy that did my nails was very uninterested and I believe he was on his phone the whole time. Last night I was washing dishes and I noticed my paint peeling off of three of my nails. When I touched the peeling paint the actual acrylic broke in pieces. I will not be back again.

I went there this past Friday 9/26 and the lady who did my pedicure had a bad attitude and just didn’t seem to want to be there. In addition to that she cut me a few times and I woke up the next day with a throbbing type of pain in my big toes and today, 9/28 there’s pus coming out of both toes. Definitely would not recommend the older lady with black hair and glasses.

Kim is an amazing nail artist! She always makes sure you love your nails. Great customer service!

I absolutely enjoyed my nail service here. We walked in to make an appointment the night before and arrived earlier than the recommended time. We had pedicures and full set manicures. They provided complimentary mimosas and sweet Moscato which initially helped with relaxing us even more and were treated to what felt like deep tissue leg/feet massages. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Kim as she specializes in acrylic flower designs. Originally I had a different vision for my nails going in but they had the most beautiful color on their toes and hands called Pixie Dust and from there on my idea was gone. Kim worked with me on my nails as well and was super accommodating with any specifications I had or customizations I added on at the end of our session and requested. Most lovely na

There's mosquitoes inside this place... they bit my little girl and me during my pedicure. The nail tech sprayed my little girls bite with alcohol without asking me first, luckily my little girl didn't scream her head off.. also I didn't want gel polish and she started applying it without asking. When I told her I wanted regular polish she said it was better for me and would give me a discount. I embarrassedly had to walk outside for more money since I had planned the amount for regular polish. I'll just go to lamour on Zaragoza and avoid this mess next time...
