Deluxe Nails

Will never return. Had a French manicure done on myself and my 4 year old for a wedding we were in. The staff were lovely. Within 24 hours our nails started to discolor that they could not be photographed up close. First the white tips, then the entire nail. Called salon to notify them that our nails are yellow/orange/brown. The discoloration looks like a fungus color. Salon refused to reimburse money saying it was our fault that we must have used chemicals. My 4 year old does not touch any chemicals and we were only exposed to soap to wash our hands. We remain out of the state and immediately had to remove polish after the wedding. Salon only offered for us to come back in to have them repainted. I offered to send photos so they could see and remove that polish from their shelves. They

Don’t spend your $ at this place. I have always experienced good service and been treated with professionalism until I came here. First and last time coming here. The owner/manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had my nails done for the first time and 2 broke in less then 2 weeks. i went back to have them fixed and the manager was rude. I sat and waited for my turn and the nail tech I do not know her name was doing a pedicure she finished up. At 4:30 I sat in her chair she started fixing my the 2 nails. He began being rude at 4:50 saying that she had spent one hour with me and was not going to spend any more time with me because we were trying to match the color. I used to go to Eric years ago and just recently found out that he was back in the area. I travel from the Newburyport area because he does such phenomenal work.. The work that he does is something like I've never gotten anywhere else, and I have been to many. The place is clean, the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend DeLuxe Nails.

Absolutely horrible! Went to get a full set, showed a picture. Asked for a very simple almond shape. Came out so bad. Nails are going up instead of normal straight a little curved shape. Asked him to fix it he started arguing with me saying that’s how it should be and trying to convince me it looks like the picture. Refused to fix it and very rude. Been doing my nails for years, I’ve never left a bad review or gotten up and left. Yikes. Next to my pictures you can see the picture I showed him. Same thing right? Ps: to the owner replying to this..I did ask them to fix it and they refused to like I mentioned. my favorite place to get my nails done, these people are too kind and their establishment is always clean and comfortable. I always leave in love with my nails, I have been going for two years and they never disappoint me you guys are the best!
