Best pedicure I've ever had. Trinity is awesome. She really took her time and my feet were so soft. I came back 2 days later to get a full set! Beautiful and worth the price.

Bottom line: if you have to upsell your customers in order to stay afloat or make your profit, you’re doing something wrong. This is a horrible pressure tactic that customers hate, especially those of us who patronize a salon regularly for nail services and will pay the fee plus leave a tip if service is on point. Your salon has tried to upsell me on my pedicure 3 times in a row this fall. Prior to this, I came in for a nail dip and was treated pretty rudely by an older female who did a horrible job on the dip which chipped in week 2. This should never happen with a dip so soon afterward, but I gave your salon another chance with 3 pedicures. The most recent pedicure, a young male nail tech waited on me. Bottom line, communication was terrible! The girl that worked on me didn’t communicate well so instead of me going in for a fix on my gel natural fingernails she cut them all off and sanded super thin to accommodate fake nails. I asked why she was cutting them so short! I couldn’t understand what she meant and trying not to act stupid or be rude I agreed to a “full” acrylic not realizing this wasn’t a gel on top and bottom but fake! This was my second manicure ever! I didn’t know that she was asking about fakes when I clearly went in and explained I wanted just Gel on my existing nails! I’m 74 yrs. old so why would anyone give me fakes instead of my original beautiful grown out nails?! They were long and healthy. I give a 2 because of misunderstanding on both of our parts. I came in for a pre vacation pedicure and manicure. They were absolutely amazing. I left very satisfied 😌 I love my nails. Quality!

Amie is great! She is consciousness, gentle, timely, and even updated this 60 year olds nail shape. Her salon is clean, professional and has a calming effect. My Valentine nails!
