Dena Eyebrow Threading

I came to get my eyebrows done, and instead of cleaning the shape, the technician removed hairs from the middle of my eyebrow. Now I have a visible bump and my eyebrow shape is uneven. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Every one in there does not know how to do all services. Which means you get skipped over until a person is available to do the service.

I’ve always had pain and redness after my threading this was less painful then waxing, & I have scaring on my brows and she shaped them perfectly! I will be back every few weeks! & it was quick and they were kind.

I go there to get my eyebrows cleaned up, I get them threaded and shaped by Dena, the owner, and they always come out flawless. I try to go every 2-3 weeks to maintain them that way and I’ve been very happy. She is quick and efficient and somehow makes it a lot less painful, it could because she’s more gentle. I am usually very picky and detail-oriented when it comes to my face but her work meets my standards and I can openly say I trust her.
