My experience at this place was not what I expected, nor was it worth what I paid for. I purchased a hydrafacial with an IPL session, and I fully understood what the esthetician explained about IPL not being suitable for my skin type. Okay, I accepted without any problem and told her to do another treatment that would cover the cost of the IPL. She mentioned several options, and I agreed. When she started cleansing my face, it was going well until she began the hydrafacial. I've had more than five hydrafacials, and that machine has about ten steps. She only applied four steps to my face: a mask for about 15 minutes, then a gel mask for another 15 minutes, then a red light for about 10 minutes, and then a blue light for another 10 minutes. I got a hydrafacial done by Ping a couple weeks ago and absolutely loved my experience and results. Ping was extremely thorough and detailed with her work and explanations. She was also super sweet and kind to talk to. The glow I had after lasted for days and my skin still feels very soft and smooth. Definitely going back and have already recommended her to several of my friends and family.

Ping was the BEST. It was my first facial, she took her time. She provided a lot of information on aftercare, and went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone!
