The girl who did my pedicure was very meticulous and perfect, I give her five stars! However, the woman who answered the phone and did my manicure disappointed me greatly. When I entered the shop, I repeatedly confirmed the nail polish color. This manicurist, who might be the owner, insisted that I pay an extra $20 to get the color I wanted. So I agreed to pay $70 instead of $50. When she finished, she had actually used the wrong color, a coffee color, because the color code on their swatch was incorrect. So she offered to redo it, and she showed me a small sample on one nail to check the color. I saw that it was supposed to be pink, so she quickly finished the rest of my nails in just a few minutes without letting me see them all. The second time, after the repairs, the color looked even

It was my first time at Desert Nail Spa and it is located in an upscale shopping area. There’s plenty of street parking. The interior is bright and clean. It was a very hot day when I went, but the AC felt cool and crisp. All of the staff members are friendly and kind. I came in with a design picture in mind and it was no hassle to them! I had Angel clean up my cuticles and prep my nails. She was very diligent with taking care of them since I had gel x nails done previously. Katina is an artist! She helped me pick out the perfect sized gel x extension for my nails. I picked almond shape with ombré pink, silver cat eye for the tip and a stone for each nail. The nails matched the inspo photo 1 to 1! Katina took the time to tell me how to care for my nails. She is so detailed with making sure

I had a terrific visit at Desert Nails and Spa today. I had a gel pedicure with callus removal and a standard manicure. Kat was very kind and very meticulous and did a fantastic job on both. Thank you! I will be back when I return to Palm Desert!

Called prior to coming in asked if they had time to do exactly what I was asking was told oh yeah come in drove there and was told no time. Loved that they completely wasted my time especially when I called prior. I expected better out of somewhere in a nice area but yeah don’t waste your time or money find somewhere else.

Amazing experience! I called To make an appointment and they were very busy and couldn’t initially fit me in, however, I received a call 10 minutes later telling me they had a cancellation- I was really impressed they called me back. Kat was extremely patient, kind and fast! Loved how detail oriented she was and everyone there made a point to smile when they walked by. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be back! Ps there’s parking in the back! A+
