With great gratitude, I am so happy to have had a wonderful service at Desert Rose Med Spa. I've known Madeleine for a few years and reached out to her for help with my skin. In struggling with chemical sensitivities, skin issues and skin aggravation from wearing masks, I turned to Madeleine for help because of her experience and her approach in using organic skin care products. My first treatment to date was a hydrafacial which included wonderful serums to help with my skin. I kept commenting to Madeleine how luxurious my face felt when she was done.
