Design Nails

Honestly, I see so many negative reviews, and I don't get it. Maybe it's because I've always worked in customer service myself so I am very patient and kind (I'm also not technically "from here") but the workers that took care of me and my friend were OUTSTANDING! Her nails were literally STUNNING, and mine were exactly what I wanted. Doris was sweet, kind, and listened to my wants as a new customer, so I will be returning just to see her... mine were simple, short black stilettos (basic, but I'm happy 🤷🏻‍♀️)

I do not recommend coming to this establishment. I am unable to get my nails done for at least two months because one of the nail techs did the acrylic so thin, making the nails break within 2 weeks. Also, I keep coming to get my big toe on my foot repainted because every pedicure tech I go to keeps putting too much coats making it crack. They aren’t doing it properly. Also the wait time is ridiculous. They opened at 9am, and I have to wait until 9:30-9:40 for someone to finally get to me. I’ve been coming to this place for about 7 years..as the years go by, they get worse. I do not recommend coming to this place. Your nails will crack. Save your time, gas and money.

Literally THE worst manicure I've ever had in my life. I can't speak for anything else because I only got a manicure. But MY GOD is this manicure awful. The person cut me twice because she used this rolling device to file my cuticles, which also ruined the surface of my nails, leaving them looking sanded down. They cut my nails uneven. And then had the nerve to charge me $20 for it. Never going back.

I got my nails done and it wasn’t what I wanted and it’s not done correctly what I wanted a simple design this is place was charging me $75 for only two fingers with design when I could go somewhere else and get what I really wanted instead this is what I had to get and was charged $50 for this I feel as though it’s still too much for just what I ended up getting.

Kim has been doing my nails for the past 3 month and I just love them everytime. I do the deep powder color.
