Horrible experience, One of my nails broke. I went to go try to fix it. The lady that originally did it was going to do it, but the owner told her not to and had another girl do it. She cut my nails so low. I am bleeding and they do not clean their tools!!!! They’re cheap but do not go. Hope I don’t get an infection 🙄So pissed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! There’s no wayyy my nails look like this after one week. I got my nails done on Friday 8/16/24. By Sunday I was experiencing pulling of the nail polish. A week later my acrylic is now coming off of my nails. I’m soo disappointed I refuse to go back to let them fix my nails due to the lack of ability to do nails correctly. They are using very OLD nail polish. And refuse to open a new bottle of nail polish. Which is RIDICULOUS. Anna was a very nice person, however the work sucks! This is my 2nd time at this place and by far the worst. Please do not waste your hard earn money on this place!

I wish I would of looked up this place before. I spent $60 for a bad job. Nails are all bumpy and bubbly.

I was there today, I would suggest go to one person. I went to Amy she got it done quick, fast and toke her time. She didn't rush , it was perfectly as I wanted. French tips with Gel.

Genuinely awful. For starters I came in to get a gel-X removal and despite what the girl taking care of me said i don't think she knows what that is as I had to ask her to get acetone to soak my nails instead of going to town on me wiith a metrocard. Then after 15 minutes of my fingers in a questionable Tupperware filled with polish remover suspended in a metal bowl of hot water she started with the metrocard again and actually ripped my nail underneath. The finished job was very choppy even after asking her to file my nails underneath. The best part of this visit from hell: when I was washing my hands and trying to get the debris from under my nails out a worker came over and turned the sink off under me. Let me also mention the place was dirty, outdated, and other patrons were screaming
