Designer Nails & Spa

My daughter and I have been trying to find a nail salon we could go to regularly, and after several disappointing (and in a couple cases painful) experiences elsewhere, I was honestly nervous to try another place. After reading the great reviews for Designer Nails, we decided to give them a shot, and I’m so glad we did. From the very first interaction, things felt different. I called to make an appointment, and the owner was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to understand what we wanted, made helpful recommendations, and reassured me about concerns I had from past nail damage. My nails came out how I wanted, but I did not have the same experience as the other reviews. The main and biggest reason I chose this salon for my vacation nails was because per reviews and description on their website, that they do well with cuticle care. I work operations and am constantly working with my hands, so needing cuticle care before a full set was mandatory for me. They took maybe 30 seconds trimming my cuticles, which I could’ve done a much better job at doing myself at home. I even started the appointment with telling them that my cuticles were in rough shape due to work, and needed them cared for, which they agreed but proceeded not to care for them, instead ignore it. Absolutely wonderful. Ive went here for awhile with my mom and the nail artists are absolutely experts at what they do. They also do fairly low prices for the value you get as far as the quality of your nails. Ive come up with some crazy ideas and they always pull through, and they execute everything wonderfully. Plus, I like the wax stuff just because its fun to mess with while im waiting for it to harden. I would reccomend this place a million times over. :)

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! The BEST nail salon I have ever been to!! I drive from Downtown Salt Lake to get my nails done by Nina! The attention to detail and pure artistry for my Nails is absolutely amazing. If you want to make a statement with fabulous nails do yourself a pampering favor and go to Designer Nails!! Everyone is so nice it’s so clean and cute inside!! So many colors and art to choose from!!

This was my first set at Designer nails. Nina absolutely blew me away and brought my vision to life. I recently got super into reading and I wanted book inspired nails so badly! This set is inspired by the book series Haunting Adeline and I am so happy with them. I will definitely be a return client.
