Designer Tan

Before the last month- I would have given this business all the stars. I have never had a problem with customer service, or being compensated for any situation that came up. However- I attempted to go in a few weeks ago and found that the space had been cleared out. The signage still there, but a note that a new business would open soon. . Google shows the space is operational, called the phone number, and it’s disconnected While there are multiple locations, none of them are a reasonable distance to my home or daily commute. I called the nearest location and asked about the closure. I was told a note would be added for my account to be closed, and to send an email to the owner about the cancellation and a possible refund. No one ever replied to my email, 2 weeks later I was charg

Great establishment! Very nice owner, she runs a tight ship. The young girls working there are very pleasant. Always tidy and very clean. Fabulous VIP tanning experience. Everyone looks amazing with a little bit of sun kissed glow ✨👑🌷🫶🏼

No one helps you at all with doing the spray tans… I missed 3 out of 4 positions and asked right away for help and to have it reset they wanted to charge me again. I would not recommend them to anyone.. they didn’t help with doing it and didn’t care so make it right!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

I have an extremely pale complexion. I asked which beds would suite me best and I kid you not within 7 days I was 60% darker. I have not burned in these beds using their recommended times based on my skin tone and I haven’t even laid the “max time” yet. I am highly impressed. Very nice staff and the place is very clean.

I joined Designer Tan on July 8th. As I am getting out of the bed from tanning I realized that the entire top of the bed had not been cleaned & had lotion handprints all over the bed. I try to speak to the associate about it on my way out & she informs me there is nothing she can do & that I will have to call to speak to the manager tomorrow. So I call first thing in the morning today, July 9th, and am informed that she won’t be in til after 2pm. I call at 3pm to get informed that she isn’t there & that she will call her with my contact information to have her call me. She finally calls me to inform me that she is sorry the bed wasn’t cleaned but there is nothing she can’t do about a refund or even a partial refund of my JUST purchased membership. So now so am out of pocket $50 for ONE lay
