They will accommodate you and I'm sure that you will be happy and pleased and welcomed. That's how I feel every time I leave looking fabulous and feeling good.

worst hair experience ever! Came in to this establishment requesting keratin. It started with them washing my hair which they only did 2 washes. My hair wasn’t fully washed. they applied the keratin, while spraying water on to the hair. They asked me to come back in a week to do a wash and set. My hair does not look what it’s intended to look like. $200 spent on a terrible job. I do not recommend coming here and spending money on unprofessional people who are freely applying chemicals in your hair.

I’ve had two horrible experiences. First, I went for a wash and set and because the lady was having a conversation with my mom about cutting hair… she starts to cut mine. Thankfully I pulled away when I heard the cutting. I have a weird block of hair chopped up. I decided to give it another shot and asked for Karetine. They applied the kératine to the wet hair. I let the stylist know that it isn’t commonly done this way. She responded there’s many ways of doing it. She didn’t even part my hair to apply it. I kept insisting that this isn’t how it is normally done but again i was ignored.She then put me in rollers and the heat from the chemicals started to irritate my eyes and throat. I had to have a wet towel over my face to breathe. I asked if formaldehyde is used in their kératine prod

Hey everyone! I finally found my hairstylist Elsa, she was located on W. Kingsbridge at Elsa's salon. If you've been searching for her this is her new location 3100 Bailey Avenue and 231 St. Great service and great person! This salon is very well lit, clean and staff is friendly upon entering. Monday thru Saturday they are open from 9AM to 9:45PM. Elsa takes walk-ins as well as appointments.

The hair dresser was very unprofessional and nasty she was talking about my hair in Spanish thinking I did not understand.
