Facility is not equipped to service customers who have pre paid for a service via gift certificate. Please just keep your money and book an appointment when you know the dates! The facility does not have enough massage therapists for couple massages and they are only available during inconvenient times and days. No one has time on a Tuesday at 3:30pm. People work and have kids. I wish I had kept my cash so I could take my money elsewhere!

Lexi is a superb masseuse! She literally "see's with her hands". I was in a car accident where I was rear-ended and my doctor is the one who suggested I try some massages. Having received Whiplash from that accident and lower back pain, Lexi hit every spot that has been keeping me up at night due to muscle spasms. I highly recommend her!

Ashley Pack did my hair for all my wedding events! She is a queen! She saw my vision perfectly and was so fun to work with. Ashley had us all laughing getting ready on wedding day! Everyone’s hair looked incredible even after head banging on the dance floor! Keely Benenhaley helped with bridesmaids makeup on the day of. Everyone looked so beautiful and our faces didn’t budge all day! We looked perfect from the beginning to end!

My daughter was married 4/5. She had a practice, her portraits, and wedding day. The wedding day, Keely and Jessie were amazing! They had fun with my daughter and her bridesmaids and were so professional. They went above and beyond! We had the best time with them!!! Call Destinations Spa, they can do the bride (practice, bridal photos, wedding day) and they can do the whole bridal party day of!!! I highly recommend! Keely and Jessie were absolutely the BEST!!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting your haircut my Cerise! Expert in military cuts and has a cozy private room - she is very personable and excellent pricing ! Takes appointments and very accommodating! I would have used her my entire time at Shaw if I had known about her sooner - go nowhere but Cerise at destinations spa!
