Detroit Barber Co. - Rochester Hills Haircuts

God awful experience for something as simple as a beard trim. Was booked for 3pm, get there 5 minutes early and am told they double booked and that i would have to reschedule for a later time, fine no problem, i needed it done today and my regular barber was booked, so scheduled for 3:45 and came back. I have gotten my beard trimmed at barbershops all around the country and have never once left in so much pain and my neck so cut up. I don’t remember her name but the blonde lady there has one of the weirdest procedures ever. She covers your eyes with a towel (very hot towel, and then slaps on a new one with no warning when she feels like it’s time) she then proceeds to put some lotion/shaving cream on your face, and then, get this, puts another hot towel over it, wipes it off, then proceeds

I realize that maybe it's not THE REASON people go to a barber, but it's what keeps us coming back along with the fact that my son really likes the way Mike cuts his hair. He does a great job, takes his time and does what my son asks. Always turns out great. But in addition to a great cut, I LOVE the staff. It's become a place that I look forward to coming to because the people are so friendly!!!! It's a great, friendly environment full of good, kind people. And these days, that can be hard to come by so we'll keep coming back!!

I’ve been going to Fadia for a while now and she’s long over due for a review. Getting my hair cut by Fadia feels like visiting family. She’s always friendly, funny, and always does a good job on my hair and beard. I’ve also brought my non-speaking son who has autism for all of his haircuts and he loves Fadia. Everyone is welcoming and friendly every time I come in. The front desk person would even come help whenever my son needed a little distraction during haircuts. I chose this place randomly one day purely on location and I’m glad I stumbled upon it.

Yahya always cuts my hair the way I picture it in my head and even alittle bit better. He’s always giving me tips on how to make my hair better and easier to style. I 100% recommend the experience.
