ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I have never been so disappointed in my nails. I did gel and it looks like a 5 year old did them. I honestly do a better job myself. Super disappointed. Also when something happens they speak in their native tongue. I felt super uncomfortable. Will never go back even if it was free. Horrible

This was my second time coming here. I came back because I had a great manicure from Maria. Maria did my daughters pedicure, which was great. However, the woman that did her manicure did a terrible job. We both got gel polish and both of our nails chipped in less than 24 hours. My daughter went back to have it fixed and the woman just added more polish and sent her on her way. The polish ended up peeling off again less than 24 hours later. I would not recommend this place to anyone (unless you’re going to Maria).

This has to be the worst manicure I've gotten from this place. I have gotten a few manicures and they have been good. My nails came out round in the middle non of them are straight. I told her I wanted them just like the picture and as pointy as possible. I asked if she was done filing them when I saw they were rounded in the middle of my nail, she said yes. I asked her to fix them and she just tried to fix my thumb by using a regular nail filer on the sides and I tried to explain that it's the powder in my nails thats uneven, she took out the drill and filed it down a little and said they were good now. Are you not seeing that non of them are even or straight?! My nails don't grow out like that or in that direction. I just freaking paid $70 dollars for this aberration. I'm so upset I coul

I moved to Astoria in October and searched for the closest salon by my home. Lily's is the first nail salon I have gone to and am now a repeat customer. I get pedi/gelmani's, acrylic and fills and 10 min massages. They are fantastic there. Every technician has been wonderful. The woman that does my nails is an absolute perfectionist and honestly the best nail tech I have ever had. I call on the weekends to make sure they can see me at a specific time and they always accomodate. It is also a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. With so many nail salons I am very pleased I found this one! I posted a photo of my last 2 visits when I had a design painted on my nails. Ignore my wrinkly old hands😁
