She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My nails came out flawless and beautifully. The woman who prepped my nails cut my cuticles and four of my nails were bleeding but she acted like she didn’t see it. I didn’t see the tools being disinfected after I started bleeding. Yeah that was very riskyyyy. Also I received no apology for my fingers bleeding.
