I originally went in for a refill and French tip. KK was patient with me and helped me to choose between two different shades of brown, since it was a secondary option to go with if the French tip didn’t work out. I had the pleasure getting to know and see the amazing work done by KK, which I’d recommend because she slayed my nails! I will definitely be back for sure!!! ☺️☺️

Came here twice before the review and everytime I have felt heard and understood. Today they went above and beyond for me and I’m very appreciative. They has a diverse group of nail technicians that all have their own specialty and give great work.

Not the best experience. I came in today and she didn't greet me at all. She started to use the file machine on regular nail polish. She was rushing and I told her that it wasn't gel It was regular polish then she used no polish remover. She seemed very annoyed the whole appointment. After she painted my toenail, she said she was gonna wait to put the top coat after my nails. When she was done I had to wait a few more minutes. I had leave and put my shoes on, now my toes are messed up.

Went to have my acrylics removed after less than 2 weeks. Jenny was my technician and she immediately grabbed a nail tip and began sliding it under my nails. I informed her I wanted a soak, and she said it would take too long. After the second nail was ripped off, I informed her she was hurting me, to which she did not respond as she was too busy taking a phone call. I then told her it looked like this process was damaging my nails, and she still ignored me. She left polish and acrylic on half my nails, and my nail beds are still sore. Maybe a language barrier, but if the customer is paying, and they inform you that you are hurting them, the employee should listen. I could have saved myself the $15 and soaked them at home.

I went with the intention of getting an eyebrow wax and a basic pedicure. I was going to use a $50 gift certificate gifted to me from my Grandfather a few years ago. I understand it took some time for me to use it, but there was absolutely no note, no terms and conditions, no notice of any kind regarding an expiration date. It was in excellent condition with only 2 folds. Who i assume to be the owner was not going to accept it at all at first, but then agreed to honor $25 of it. So I got a $10 wax and the technician (she was nice and did a good job, no issues with her) got a $15 tip. But what a complete rip off--basically paid $50 for an EYEBROW WAX! Do NOT buy gift certificates from this place-- it's a scam to take money for a "no expiration" gift certificate and not render the value. Pro
