Diamond Nail Spa

I’m giving a one star, but it really deserves a zero. I walked into this nail salon to get my nails done for my birthday and all of the staff members were sitting around doing nun!!! I asked one of the ladies who did my toes maybe a year ago if she could do my toes, she gone say no because she has a client, but there was no client in sight. Mind you a girl was sitting in line before I even got there and I’m pretty sure she’s been there for a while. I just feel like these girls are lazy and not about the money. Srry not srry cause I definitely tip good!

I'm being generous with 2 stars. My daughter was satisfied with her Pedi. However, I asked for the ombre and for my fingernails to be short and thin. My nails are literally the worst I've ever had done. They are so thick and deformed that I actually stopped to get a nail tool of my own so I can fix them before attending the event I have to go to tomorrow.

I went yesterday, on the 15th, to the "Diamond Spa" at the fashion Mall in Indy. Everybody there was super lovely and make sure that I was satisfied throughout the whole spa. The massage chair, warm towels and tender care make me excited to go again. Can't wait to show this off while working at Second Reign

2 hours after my nails we done, I had to get them fixed due to the paint already lifting. Now a day later, at least 4 of my nails are chipped or paint lifting. I also got a pedicure, before my pedicure started I stated I wanted my toe nails as low as possible, & repeated multiple times I want my nails as short as possible and due to one of my toenails being chipped, I needed them rounded. The person on my feet clipped the chipped toenail very low and proceeded to try to finish my pedicure without clipping any other nails. I explained to her again, I want my nails as low as possible and rounded to which the nail tech beside her heard me and explained to her as well. She rounded once again the chipped toenail and didn’t touch another toes. I reminded her again if she could clip my other toe

I literally got my nails done Friday last week and the next day my nails started bubbling and peeling smh….. They don’t greet the customers, nor say how long the wait will be, they have horrible attitudes, the place don’t be clean like that and the energy is mad negative… They need to humble themselves because they never know who a person may be .
