I called the store to ask if they sell APRES BRAND GEL-X tips. They didn’t pick up but someone called back and told me yes they sell them. I go in the store and I did not see any Apres brand at all so I ask the guy at the front (let me just say he wasn’t who called me back and said they sell Apres) where they have it. He then takes me to show me the store brand soft gel tips. Obviously this is not Apres. I was irritated because 1. I was in desperate need for structured almond tips in a size 5 bc I ran out. 2. This is the 2nd time I call them for something & they lie to me over the phone. I am not a fan of the Diamond brand. I purchased their monomer once because it was $15 less than Mia secret and when I applied the acrylic it would not harden. I was annoyed that I wasted my time driving o

Horrible service. Just went there yesterday (May 22, 2018). The guy with the tattooed arms did my pedicure and he didn’t even scrub my heels to get anything smooth. He did it for literally 2 seconds, he filed my toe nails so hard that he ripped one totally off and it was bleeding but he still painted it. So he painted an open wound basically. The lady messed up my eyebrows. Totally uneven and when I made a complaint and told them why I’m not paying full price, they got loud with me and started talking I’m Chinese because they know I cant understand them. They were totally careless and the lady laughed in my face when I told her what happened. DO NOT go there UNLESS you got to Michelle. She is the only good worker there. If you go please ask for her. Prices of common nail products were way more expensive than expected. I understand you pay for retail convenience but is more than double the price on Amazon. I want to support local businesses but unfortunately I purchased just a few things on my list because of prices.

Oh I love this nail supply, since am a nail tech I come here got a lot stuffs, owner and salesman so nice and friendly, I called once time for my nail driller machine they got what I needed right the way. Highly recommended 👍
