The reviews are great for this place but I had a bad experience. I booked ahead for a 3pm appointment and when I got there I had to wait for an hour and a half. So my appointment started at 430 and while I was being seen he stopped to attend to someone else while I waited for five or ten minutes for him to return. Mind you that lady had just walked in. She was white, there was another lady they completely overlooked, she was black. I'm black and noticing a pattern that no one will validate. Anyway, he rushed through my appointment, I had to ask several times to shorten the length and round out the square corners. He seemed irritated that I kept asking for adjustments. I came here because a friend highly recommended this place, and she said it’s the only salon she ever goes to. She always books with Ali, so I made an appointment with him too — and I’m so glad I did! I chose the Luxury pedicure package, and it was absolutely amazing. The extended massage and hot stone treatment felt incredible. It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ali did my manicure as well, and he is truly top-notch. He’s fast, detail-oriented, and very precise with his work. He was also incredibly polite and patient with all of my requests. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure your nails look perfect. I’m confident anyone would love the way he takes care of their nails. Highly recommend asking for Ali — I’ll definitely be coming

Super clean. Polite staff. Very quick service. I also appreciate that they have prices listed when you check in. The price for mine was $35 for the gel manicure + $10 for cateye.

5 stars to my nail technician Otis!! He was a hidden gem, Vincent Van Gogh. He took time to pay attention to the smallest details. Nobody knew how to do this water design in different locations, and he nailed it. Other locations try to cut time by doing a design on only one finger, or charging more just because I picked different colors for French tip. Otis didn't care about how long it takes to make my nails perfect. He used many tools and techniques to make this design happen. When he wasn't satisfied with the result, he cleared it and redid it and I was impressed how perfectionist he was. He was the best nail technician I've met, and I will go back again. I hope the shop owner treats him well and keep him.

I am impressed. Very attentive and perfectionist when it comes to delivering a perfect high quality full set nails. I can't believe basic full set is 60$. The price is super cheap.
