Diamond nails

I went in for a nail appointment, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I originally made an appointment with someone, and they disregarded that and gave me someone who was highly unprofessional. The lady who worked on my nails was incredibly rough, cutting into the sides of my nails to the point where it was painful. Not only was the process uncomfortable, but she also completely did a random freestyle on my nails after we had a conversation about my preferences and failed to do my nails the way I had requested. The result was so bad that I had to go to someone else to have them fixed, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. I expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism, and this experience fell far below that. Even with all of that, I have yet received my refund

Had an excellent services and great experience as my first time. I went for a walk in and was attended on the spot. I showed them a picture on Pinterest and they did not disappoint, it came out even better. Its halloween but i wanted some glam and I love my nails 💅🏽 😍 ✨️
