Absolutely bad experience. All I asked for is Gel manicure and this is what I got! I’m really disappointed with this nail polish work. The application is uneven and patchy, with visible streaks and inconsistent coverage. The edges are messy, especially around the cuticles, and the polish looks rushed rather than clean and precise. Some nails appear thicker than others, and the overall finish is not smooth or well-shaped. In addition, the woman who did my nails was constantly distracted by her phone. She repeatedly stopped the service, left my hand to answer calls, and lost focus on what she was doing. This is completely unprofessional. I've been going to Diamond Nails for about a year now. I've had experiences with each one of the techs and every visit has been enjoyable. Everyone takes care to give high quality service. They take walk-ins but I usually like to call ahead to make sure they can accommodate me, since my work schedule makes keeping appointments nearly impossible. Sometimes they get very busy but even so, they never make me feel rushed. They are consistently the best nail salon in my area and I will not be going anywhere else. *Update September 2025* Amy did amazing Terrifier themed nails for me and they are just perfect! If there was an option to give zero stars, that’s what I would rate this experience. I paid $55 for inflamed cuticles, paper this filed down nails even though I asked not to use the electric file on my nail beds and gel so thick that my nails looked awful. I also asked not to put the gel too close to my cuticles and was ignored. After I pointed out that the gel was too close to my cuticles, the manicurist proceeded to use the electric file to attempt to make the gel thinner and inflamed my cuticles even further. So basically, I was disregarded in all my requests. I called the salon to explain what happened and I didn’t even get an apology or an offer to rectify the service. Needless to say, that was my first time there and will definitely be my last.

I asked my nail tech to give me an elegant nail set for my upcoming wedding and she did not disappoint cause look that!!! I’m very satisfied with the result. Everyone always takes a good care of me whenever I come. Will always be my nail salon to go to ❤️❤️
