Diamond Nails

My nails have been absolutely beautiful the last 2 times I’ve been serviced! I’ve found my new signature nail salon. Staff is kind, welcoming and make you feel comfortable.

If I could leave this review with NO stars, I would. I should have listened to my spirit (intuition) when I sensed the energy inside the establishment. My first time at Diamond Nails after being referred by a friend/co-worker and I will NEVER visit them again! I wasn't sure what I wanted as I had just taken off a full set of acrylic nails. Plus, their menu of services had options on it that I was unfamiliar with, so I was taking my time and looking up some of them on YouTube. I guess me still standing at the front desk made the manager/owner anxious because he (a little, middle-aged Asian man) insisted I have a seat. This is my first and last time coming to this salon.They only have three people working there. An Asian man and woman and another lady. They are very friendly and always smiling. The services I had were, a gel polish only ... no manicure. And a feet polish change only ... no pedicure. The man was the one providing me services. I can honestly say he needs improvement in polishing. I don't even want to think about how he does the other Services. I wouldn't recommend this salon. If I didn't tell him to fix the things wrong ... I would of walked out of there with my nails painted as if a 5 yr old painted them. Don't go.

This salon does great work and the staff is great...except, the owner: Phuong "John" Ta. If you say anything negative to him in reference to his service or customer service he yells at you and tells you not to come back. I always make an appt with them. From 30 seconds before my appt time, the salon calls me telling me I am late & this is their only income...to prevent this call, I make it a point to arrive on time. My situation was: I had an appt, the nail tech called me & advised that she is running a "little late", I arrive 15 minutes later to see the nail tech in the beginning stages of doing someone's nails. I told the female nail tech: "in the future when you are running late, please let me know how late you are so I can handle my personal errands accordingly." Instead of just say
