I got my hair done and it didn't turn out how I wanted it to so I booked a last minute appointment with Courtney and she did an AMAZING job fixing me up!

I had such a great experience today with Courtney. She did exactly what I wanted with my color—something no one has been able to get right for me in years. She was very thorough, asked thoughtful questions, and clearly explained what she was going to do before starting. Very friendly, personable, and professional, and the appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. I’m beyond happy with the results and will absolutely be going back to see her! Thank you!!

Miss Jennifer was very rude and unprofessional and asked me to keep sitting down and not letting me know what she is doing for my friends hair and completely ruined it. She then refused to admit that she ruined her hair and kept saying we were making her uncomfortable for asking what she is doing with her hair. The manager and atmosphere was great but the only problem was Jennifer!

Megan was amazing with my daughters hair.It is always a huge plus to be heard. From hearing how much length and the style to matching what my daughter had in her mind it was a great experience. Megan was also able to give me a quick trim while my daughter was processing... completely worth it. She walked both of us through for after care and what to do for upcoming pool days. And who ever goes here... there is a snack bar and the best bathroom in Ocala. 10/10 recommend

Megan uses a gentle, ammonia-free color line that left my hair soft, shiny, and healthy. The color is beautiful, the highlights brighten my face, and the cut is youthful and flattering. Megan is amazing — talented, kind, and really knows what looks good! I’m so happy I found her.
