First time ever getting Botox, and I had a bad reaction to it, including a headache for 2 weeks. I called and left several messages with no response. Finally after the 4th day of calling, someone called me back. I was told she would call me back after looking into it. I never received a call back from her. I ended up going to the spa for my 2 week after Botox appointment, where they needed to touch up, but they couldn’t due to my bad reaction. She did not want to compensate me in any way, telling me I had had “all I was going to have” and I was “absolutely not getting anything back” even though I wasn’t able to finish the procedure with visible lines left. She was incredibly rude and inconsiderate to me. I left the spa and will NOT be back. In my opinion, they care more about their money t

First time based on a recommendation.. staff was professional and the person that was assigned to me listened to my issues, showed concern and we went over her technique before she started. The location was clean and linen smelled fresh, that was one of the most important to me.
