Got the lymphatic drainage facial and it was amazing! My friend and I went first thing in the morning without an appt and were able to be seen right away. I loved that we were able to get it done together in the same room. Very relaxing. Great price!

Unfortunately, this facial was not a relaxing or high-quality experience, especially for a first-timer. The service felt very rushed and overly rough on my face. The environment was noisy, with people talking loudly and the door constantly opening and closing, which made it hard to relax—I was really hoping for a calm spa day. Extractions were rushed and incomplete. I still had visible blackheads afterward, and when I checked in the bathroom, more debris easily came out, which was disappointing. The technician was also very rough around my hairline and didn’t walk me through any part of the treatment. TL;DR: Do not go here if you care about your skin, especially if you’re acne-prone. The staff is rough, pushy, and seems more focused on upselling than results. I left with bruising, hyperpigmentation, worse texture, and new acne. I went for a facial with extractions and had a genuinely awful experience. There was little to no explanation of the products or process, and a fragranced product burned my eyes. Extractions were extremely aggressive and painful, despite me asking her to stop on cystic areas. She also didn’t wear gloves and the extraction process was basically her poking needles into my skin repeatedly, then squeezing aggressively with her hands. Call to make your appointment! 1 hour long* I wanted to try the $49 facial so bad and treated myself to it for my birthday… the best decision ever made ! It was an amazing start to my day, It melted away any anxieties I could’ve created about anything. I left there vibrating so high ! Trying new things for the win! Recently visited after seeing a video from @vivecachow I’m all for supporting small businesses while getting a side of self care! It was super easy to book an appointment via text! I let them know the day I was looking for, what I wanted to get done and for how many people. Although they do take walk ins, I highly recommend having an appointment. I opted to book the 1 hour bojin facial treatment and the one hour full body massage.
