Diana Nails

I’ve been coming to Diana Nails since 2018, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I usually get medicures and pedicures, and I’ll add buffing or gel when I want something extra. The pedicure massages are always relaxing and never rushed, which I really appreciate after a long week. The salon is spotless every time I visit, and the staff is consistently professional and friendly. I only recommend their nail services because that’s what I stick to - and they’ve been perfect for me year after year. I always leave feeling clean, refreshed, and taken care of. Love this place. It’s reliable, welcoming, and easily the best nail spot I’ve found.

Horrible experience! Honestly its a 0 stars. They tried to charge me for a pedicure even though I booked a toe polish change. Even after clarifying three separate times that this is just a toe polish change. Then at the end they still overcharged me. Additionally, I have had sns dip with tips from them and they did jot last a week. Will not be going back and would not recommend!

First time customer, came because it was close to a restaurant my friend and I went to. My friend and I both got basic pedicures and we were both very disappointed. I didn’t feel that the color selection was exciting, and I could tell most of the bottles were very old and thick. The foot scrub and massage were done with minimal effort and our feet were still rough at the end. Sanitation seemed barely existent. Ultimately, both our pedicures chipped within 5 days, which has never happened to me with any pedicure I’ve ever gotten - and due to health issues I’ve mostly just been wearing slippers at home. I won’t come back here again, and can’t recommend it to others, sadly.

I have avoided coming here even though it’s in an excellent location. The review scared me off and some of the pictures were horrendous. I decided to give it a shot because it’s right next to my work and I’m so glad that I did! I’ve worked with three different women and they were all very professional and didn’t excellent job. “B” did my most recent set of white chrome nails, and she took extra care and attention. The prices are affordable compared to other nail salons that I’ve been to and on top of that, I’ve broken my nail twice after getting sets and they have fixed it for me for free even though it took a decent amount of time.please give this place a shot, I’m telling you the staff is great and they must’ve moved past that weird time where there were a few bad reviews. This nail salon was highly disappointing. The nail technician got very upset over a color and seemed to have problems with anger. When I asked him about the service that I was paying for he started squeezing my fingers as he worked on them and would not speak. I left there in pain. In all of my years of getting my nails done, I have never received this type of treatment.
