Lauren was fantastic. I gave an idea of how I wanted my hair cut, and gave her the freedom of artistic adaptation and she did a great job. She was funny, informative, and left me with the best hair cut ive gotten in the Charleston area in 8 years. Will definitely be back next time I need a cut! Love the atmosphere. Retro arcade atmosphere with free games, free coffee, free water, they even offer other adult beverages (not sure if thats free or not)... even though they had a few people in chairs and waiting, it was only 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time that I had to wait to be in a chair. Everyone seemed to be genuinely happy.

I’ll start this by saying I had a great experience here, way more of an experience than just a hair cut it’s like a top tier salon for dudes. My stylist was fantastic all the staff was super nice and the facilities were insanely clean. However the only reason I won’t come back is the price… I just moved here and it was the first barber shop I found locally, I came for essentially a buzz cut and ended up paying for what I would assume is a fancy haircut. The hot towels and hair tonics and shoulder rubs were very nice but if I knew it would jack the price of a buzz cut up to $50 I wouldn’t have booked the appointment. If you’re going for a more styled haircut I’ll recommend 10/10 times but for the most basic haircut I’d find elsewhere.

Such a cool, relaxed place to go for a hair cut. Don’t let the name deceive you, they cut women’s hair too. The stylist I had was LAWANDA!!!! She was a gem! She understood how I wanted my hair cut, what kinda layers I wanted in it and how I wanted it styled. She did an absolutely amazing job. She talked with me like I was her long lost sister. She make the appointment seem as if we were sitting on her couch, having a glass of sweet southern tea, and catching up on the family. I would go back to her every time. So ladies, if you need a hair cut, don’t be scared of the word “Barbershop”. Just go on in and see Lawanda, she will never do you wrong. She’ll have you walking out looking like a million bucks!

Man.. let me tell y’all about this place right here. Went in for a simple bald fade, ended up being one of the best haircut experiences of my life. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and offered refreshments. Then while I was waiting for my name to be called I noticed that they had an old-school donkey Kong arcade machine that you could play for free no coins needed. Finally, the haircut itself. I got the Diesel+ cut and I was fortunate enough to have Courtney be my barber and she absolutely crushed it. On top of the haircut itself The diesel+ Also came with a full shampoo and hot towel treatment. Plus At the very end of the cut she took a small massage gun To my shoulders and upper back which had to be the icing on the cake. I have never been to a barbershop like diesel barbershop Befo

I have always had great service here and Was a regular customer. Unfortunately I was 19 minutes late for an appointment due to a conflict at home. I was asked to reschedule when I arrived. I was unable to reschedule for Saturday or Sunday due to other conflicts. The lady at the desk said there is a 50% fee for cancellation. I responded with “are you serious” and her response was “yes, unfortunately.” I then stated “go ahead and charge me and I’ll never come back.” I then turned around and walked out the door!
