Dillard’s Aveda Salon & Spa at Kenwood Towne Centre

Im forget who did my hair, but she’s so patience with me, i ask to cut more shorter after she almost done, and i have bunch questions about my hair type, she explaining to me. The place but quite for around 11 am and the location is in the first floor.

Salon has a nice atmosphere and clean. Responsive and polite customer service; timely returning phone calls. Hair stylist Linda did an excellent job on my hair. Will be returning. Aveda products seem to be very good for my hair; natural ingredients.

This is a great place to get your hair done! The stylist I go to is professional and very good with my hair! I’ve been going to her for over a decade. She uses the best products and takes care of my hair!

Mom wanted to get her hair done while visiting me. Called and spoke with nice lady named Mary. She was able to get my mom in for a hair appointment the next afternoon with Linda. Fast and friendly service! My mom LOVES her new hairstyle!

Arrived early for two cuts. 20 minutes past their appointments and no acknowledgement. No I'm sorry. No we will be right with you. Nothing. Went down to check at the desk and told the stylist just finished up. She walked past us never greeted us. Never said anything. Then at half hour past appointment we were passed off to someone else. Not how to run a business.
