Dimension nails

I went to this Kim @ this nail salon for about 3 months she did good for but was always SO RUDE to me. NEVER smiled and anytime I asked her to do anything different or more the way I liked it, she was pissed off. The final straw was when she left polish on my cuticle and I asked her to remove it before it cured and she was ticked and would not do it. Then after it was now baked into my cuticles, I asked her again to remove it, bu instead of using nail polish remover, she cut it off and I started bleeding several nails~ Then she told me she wouldn't do my nails anymore. (I wasn't going to go back anyways!!!!) Kim shouldn't be doing nails when she can't do the smallest things to accommodate her customers! Rude staff and only 2 women working there. I WILL NEVER go there again !!

Was recommended to come here by a very good friend and I am so glad that my cousin and I stopped by. We had called ahead to get ourselves on the books and walked-in to be greeted by Don asking how he could help. We shared our desired goal of a gel manicure and acrylic set. He immediately directed us to the colors and grabbed a colleague for my cousin. I stuck to a more simple look and ended up doing a light pink color (Bubble bath) with a few designs. My cousin got an acrylic set with a matte top coat. Don attended me and he was so gentle and kind. I have been a client at Dimension Nails for over 20 years and have been treated with kindness, respect and excellent service. Tina is my preferred technician for my pedicures and manicures. I was a client when Nicole Lund was at the salon for her nails. Her accusation of assault against Tina is inaccurate. She was an unsatisfied client despite many attempts to make her happy with her nail treatment. She contacted the Castle Rock Police Department. There was nothing that warranted police intervention. We need to continue to support the small family businesses of Castle Rock!

Today was my first visit at Dimension Nail Salon, I was greeted by everyone when I walked in the door with smiles and welcomes, my services today, a shellac Pedi, and a new set of acrylic, pink and white, my previous salon had done a horrible job, and they totally needed to be redone, lots of work for Kim!
