THIS IS NOT THEIR WORK BUT THIS IS WHAT I WANTED. I always support local businesses but to be told xs knotless would be $1000 was ridiculous. Every time I go to them to get my hair done they tell me the most outlandish prices for HAIR. last time I was there I asked for just the top half of my hair to be braided in a Fulani style and the work was horrible. I paid $100 tho. Yes $100 for the TOPHALF of my head to be CORNROWED.

I’m done with this place only person that does a good job when it comes to my hair is Justine.The owner, let you walk out any type of way without saying anything to her workers I guess you just hire anybody this is not what you call professional And I always tip. I’m not mad at the worker. It’s the owner that needs to get her workers in order

I’ve been going here for years and always loved my hair. The last 2xs was horrible. Once I got home and realized my braids were extremely big in the middle. I was told to come back the next day to have them fixed. I came the next day and they told me to come back again because the girl was not there to fix it. I came again and the same thing. I let it go and ended up taking my braids out. This time I let someone else do my hair, same thing. I spend 9 and 1/2 hours in a chair just for them to not do it correctly and got mad at me because they didn’t do my hair the way I asked. Mind you I payed in full, separated the hair and ended up braiding my own ends all while they talked about me in their language. Oh and my daughter was physically attacked by one of their kids that was running around

If I can rate my experience today it would be zero stars not only being charged $200 for regular box braids but complete nerve of their customer service is horrrrrrible never everrrrrr again will I step one toe into that establishment of a hell hole I’m so good I demanded the hair to come out and my money back.
