The customer service I experienced was HORRIBLE!!! Today I went into this store to purchase braiding hair. As I walked in the woman working was standing at the counter and looked at me but said nothing. No hi or welcome in. I ignored that and proceeded to select the items I needed. As I go to far left to the braiding hair, I select 4 packs of 72” X-pression hair. The sign that went with the hair said it was $7.99. I took the hair to the counter and asked the woman if the price was in fact $7.99 as it stated on the price shown. She said no it’s $8.99 because of the length. I didn’t have a problem with that and proceeded to go get a satin scarf and a parting comb. As she rang up everything I noticed the price was a little high so I asked her to please remove the scarf and the comb and I woul

The hair stylists inside the hair store are great, caring. I'm super tender headed and they was gentle with me. I did the knotless box braids and they hooked a sista up. I'm not a fan hairdressers, I do my own hair, but I decided to give the salon a shot and I was super satisfied. Don't watch my edge I ain't got none and I didn't want anything on it. Well done ladies yall gonna see me back for sure.

I wanted to make myself some hair extensions and the worker today was so rude and unhelpful. I had simple questions about where to find things in the store and she was being lazy and rude, not wanting to help me. If you don’t want to help paying customers locate items you need to find a new job! I’ll take my money and business elsewhere. This isn’t the only beauty supply store in Fredericksburg.

Customer service is amazing!

I have been going here for years. Ellen is always nice and pleasant to work with. She ensures you are happy with the end result before taking your money or sending you on your way. If you ask her about which hair is best, she give you an honest answer. It’s not about the money with Ellen. I have tried other salons and either they weren’t as friendly or they just couldn’t do my texture of hair properly.
