I recently had the pleasure of getting a classic lash set at Diva Lounge Niagara and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was relaxing, entertaining, luxurious, and comfortable. It was my first time at the diva lounge and will forever remain a loyal customer. I am so excited to book my fill appointment and never wear mascara again. She gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure I was happy before moving on to the other eye. It amazing that anyone can have such steady hands. I had bald spots and she filled them in so naturally that no one could notice my lashes were extensions. I love her C curl classic extensions and the price was only $100 for a full classic set. Very poor installation of hair extensions and the cost is not even remotely competitive. I prefer to not get into details because I'd like to remain anonymous, but it was clear after a while that she was just all about the money. Very nice person at first, but I could never ever go back after I realized her lack of integrity. I just want people to know there are better technicians out there for hair extensions who actually have integrity and care about their clients - not just the $$$

I’ve recently been diagnosed with Restless Leg Syndrome (my body will twitch pretty violently as I start to relax (mainly at night- but also when I lay back to get my lashes done). Lisa has been doing my lashes for many years now, she is very well knowledgeable and professional. I took the lash training course with her and she is quite literally there every step of the way and very personable! Although so much of learning is practicing continuously! She teaches the concepts and application techniques but it’s up to you to find what works best for your lashing style. She does offer to help if anyone is struggling at any point after their initial training course, she’s there one call away. Hired Diva lounge to do all my bridal makeup and hair for my wedding as they were recommended by wedding events. Paid 1600$ for a premium service as makeup isn't something I do every day and I really wanted to hire the best possible team and gift my bridesmaids to have their makeup done for free. I felt I did not receive anywhere close to a premium service. I hired a team to do make up and hair from 730-1230 and I felt it was very rushed and I started to get a feeling she didn't want to be there.
