I’ve been going to this salon for almost 9yrs. Fenny used to do my nails perfect everytime but she no longer works there. I usually get CND gel for my nails because it’s hard to break & WENDY (female manager) knows that her staff do not all understand how to cure this kind of nail. MULTIPLE times I’ve offered to wait for someone who actually knows how to cure CND & the female manager rushes me into random chair everytime, saying she cannot do my nails today. My last few times going to this salon after fenny is gone, my nails have either broken off or separated from the plastic nail itself within 2-3 days & the female manager makes me pay as if it’s my fault every time. This is my go-to nail place. I have been going here for the last 2.5 years for nail services and massage. They never disappoint. Service is always quick and easy. Reasonable prices too!

This lady Lena was so careless she sliced my finger with the drill did not take her time to paint my nails and demanded a tip because I asked for a pedicure. She took two hours for a gel polish regular manicure and said it was my fault I got cut. I paid for my service but I refuse to go back I had to request a bandaid even tho she saw it was bleeding and my toes have to cuts on them. She was just going crazy with the drill and she filed my toes so low they bled had to ask her to not use a cheese grater on my feet and even tho I was bleeding she replaced the tools without sanitizing them. I’m just so unhappy with her. Mia did a great job with my gel manicure; however, the business needs to be more transparent about their additional fees. $5 to pay by card is ridiculous. The sign upon entry suggests a $5 card minimum, but nowhere does it say there’s an additional cost to pay by card.

I’ve been before and was really impressed. This was the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. When I showed the manager they acted like I was crazy. My nails are different lengths, totally unevenly filed and the gel is bubbled up and tacky since she didn’t let it dry correctly. They also kept trying to touch me with latex gloves and nobody spoke enough English to understand that would be deadly with my allergy. Awful job, not going back. When I tried to talk to them, she grabbed at my hand with latex on after I spent 10 min telling them not to touch me with that. The tech was Joy. Avoid. I have to find somewhere to redo this, they look horrible
