i was so incredibly disappointed by my visit here. our pedicures were fine, but my acrylic manicure was such a mess. it was thick, goopy, i had nail polish on my hands, and ultimately they did not even dry? the nail tech insisted it was fine. after leaving, my nails started peeling and i went in 2 days later to get them fixed (same nail tech). they took full accountability and said it was their fault and that the nails didn’t dry all the way. they redid my nails and were super apologetic, but the same thing ended up happening again. they said that the nail polish must be too thick, but they also said that they haven’t had this problem when other people have used the same polish. i really think they just didn’t let them dry all the way between coats. i’m really unclear what keeps happening,

I couldn’t end the evening without writing a recommendation for the amazing Maggie, who always leaves me with the most beautiful nails you can imagine. I came in as the last appointment at the end of the day, but Maggie was as always patient, professional, and truly one of a kind. Thank you so much, Maggie!

The service was okay. The quality not great. I asked for a french gel manicure with flowers design. I was charged $70. The “design” was nail stickers. It has only been 5 days and the top coat has cracked. The “design” is falling. Would not recommend. Not worth $70.

They have convenient appointment availability, which is nice. However, I got a dip manicure for a special occasion and 3 days later, the edges are chipped, the top coat peeled, and one entire nail has fallen off.

There’s a reason they tell you to never cheat on your nail lady. I’ve been getting gel manicures with another nail technician near by and I’ve never had a problem. My nails were always healthy and thick so when I finally decided to remove the gel. My nail salon I usually go to was closed. Unfortunately I made the terrible decision to go to Diva Nails. Don’t get me wrong everyone was polite. But when I heard the technician say that my nail lady had put powder on my nail. I knew something was wrong because that was completely incorrect. She just kept filing my nails more and more past the gel. When I noticed one of my pinky nails turn pink I knew my nails got damaged because of she was being careless. I even asked if she had damaged my nail and she said no it was normal. (Please don’t believ
