Loved my experience at Diva! The space is really clean, well-kept, and calming, and the staff is attentive, professional, and kind. My technician was meticulous and took her time, from shaping to color application. My nails looked so clean and put together afterwards. Would recommend if you're looking for a spot on the UES!

DO NOT GO HERE. Genuinely the worst nails experience of my life. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted (French tip with chrome) and they could not figure it out. My nails ended up looking pretty good, but still not what I wanted. They told me the price was $140 plus tip. Ridiculously expensive for something I didn't even want. But it gets worse— Three nails broke off the very next day. I came in and had them fixed—but two more popped off the day after that. I kindly walked in and asked for a refund—To which they responded they do not do that. Instead, they would fix my nails and offer me a coupon for a free set of nails for next time. I agreed with this offer and let them redo my entire set of nails. As I was getting my nails done, I noticed they were speaking pretty harshly wit

They do a good job & are very nice, but you’re not going to get what you want. They simply don’t speak English well enough to understand your requests. Your nails will look clean & well-done when you leave. You just have to be okay paying $72 with tax & tip (gel + French) for what they think is pretty vs you. UPDATE: They told me my polish would last 2 weeks or more and on the 10th day, I'm chipping.

$60 for a chrome gel mani (including gel polish removal). Excellent quality, super friendly staff who were very patient and helpful with color selection (first time doing chrome). Asked for rose gold, love the results. Will be back!

This review is for my wife who has been here multiple times. She said it is extremely clean and the staff is talented with their mani/pedi skills. It’s priced accordingly for the UES. I brought our 2yr old daughter in while mommy was getting a mani and the owner had our babe sit in the chair for a full mani. As you could imagine our daughter loved the experience and they didn’t charge us anything. Very friendly staff.
