Diva Nails

I always go to this guy for my fill, he actually does exactly what I ask and always takes the extra steps to keep them lasting. I finally did a pedicure today too and it was a very fair price. I have been all over the valley and this is the place I finally feel most comfortable!

I am going to write two separate reviews right now because we have to honor the amazing experience we have with one of the women (we feel terrible that we still aren’t sure of her name) at Diva. She does a fabulous job with my husband’s difficult feet and is so friendly and always makes time for us. Moving forward, we will continue to drive from Meridian to receive her service because she does such great work. I will also start working with her (see next review). Apparently, I cannot do a second review so I will write about my poor experience here as well and let the 5 stars remain for our good experience. Came in to get my acrylics off and they were cut off with a nail clipper and then used a acrylic tip to separate the acrylic from my nail bed. They were empty inside and definitely had the time to soak them in acetone and gently remove them. I paid $15 to get them off this way, don’t you think I would’ve done it myself if it was going to be done the harsh way? She also didn’t ask if I wanted my original nail bed a certain shape after removing them. I was even nice enough to leave a $5 tip after this and not even given a thank you.🙃

I appreciate how hygienic and organized this salon is. All the tools are properly sanitized, and they always make sure you’re comfortable before starting. It makes the whole experience stress-free.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I feel this has to be shared. I had one of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. I just walked in and asked to get my current dipped manicure removed. I was quickly sat down where the nail tech just cut off the tips of my nail (didn’t even consider if I wanted to preserve some length/shape). From there, she used clippers a plastic device to separate my dip from the nail, shoving it deeper under the nail to get it to pop off. It was so painful. I’m a regular with a dipped manicure, and never have I ever had that method used for removal. Usually they use the nail sander device and soak in some sort of acetone to remove. The worst part was, it was $20. I have paid maybe max $10 for a dipped nail removal that I was appalled when she said
